Scott Lueders has been creating and playing rock music for over 50 years. Originally from the Chicago North Shore suburb of Highland Park, Illinois, Scott moved to the Bay Area in 1973 to finish his college education. He currently makes his home in Marin County, California. Scott has played in various bands and duos, as well as solo throughout his musical adventure, even while attending to his “day job” as a lawyer. Scott’s main influences are the Beatles, followed by other British Invasion bands, Tom Petty, Joe Walsh, and Todd Rundgren. Scott founded several Bay Area bands, including Third Wind, Kicks, Vertical, and Restless Natives. More recently, he has devoted his musical endeavors to writing and recording rock music in his home studio. Scott wrote, produced, and recorded all songs posted on this website, and he played all of the instruments and sang all of the vocals. Give them a listen, crank it up, and rock on!
